Your ACT Director Andy Pemberton knows only too well the challenges faced by an entertainment artist after having been in the business for over 15 years. The last 5 years he has worked at the top level, as one half of duo Journey South and has enjoyed proven success with a number one double platinum album, two international number one hits and two massive UK tours. As well as the success, Andy has also faced all sorts of problems and various issues relating to booked live performances, amongst others. Due to these issues, he has been inspired to set up his own agency.

Freedom of choice - We do not agree with or ask for exclusivity as an agent. You should be free to earn as much as you can and with whomever you want. We will gain your exclusivity from providing you a first class service and being YOUR first choice.

A lower commission rate - A rate that we believe is fair for our involvement, and therefore the opportunity for you to earn more from each performance, or become even more competitively priced, and therefore more attractive to our clients.

Proper communication & Detailed information - We know only too well the problems caused by lack of information and poor communication. We will pass a full itinerary to you upon accepting your booking with details of all performance/soundcheck times, venues, contacts, and any other information. we will pass to the client all your rider, technical requirements and P.A requirements. From then we will continue to liaise with you and our client with any queries or issues before the show.
